Return & Refund Policy

This Return Policy governs the return, refund and cancelation of products purchased through dolphino.shop. By purchasing products through the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Return Policy.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

We ensure your delivery between 3 to 8 business days.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dolphino Shop. If your product is received wrong, damaged or defective you may apply for return within 7 days of receiving your order for a return. We will send you back with no extra cost. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  1. You are eligible for return only if your product received wrong, damaged or defective.
  2. You cannot ask for refund if product is bought on sale.
  3.  You must have proper video of the product while unboxing. Images are also required.
  4. If your product is eligible for return mail us at help@xframe.in. You might have provided some more information.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you for the nex process.

Refund or Cancelation

Abiding by the Upwritten policies in the return section, you can ask for refund.

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • For refund The same payment method will be used, If you used UPI for payment your refund will be sent using UPI. If order is COD, refund will be done according to the buyers given payment method. A little refund fee may be deducted because of the payment gateway commission. We can refund payments using UPI and Bank Transfer only.
  • Refund will be accepted within 7 days of the order received.
  • Buyers can ask for refund using of contact us form. It may take upto 10 days to credit the refund.
  •  Please note that once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Currently we have no option for exchanges. We are working on it, soon we may occur it.
